Farm Animal Reform Movement

Description:
The Farm Animal Reform Movement (FARM) promotes a plant-based diet for the sake of consumer health, global survival, and animal welfare. We are the oldest animal rights organization and we conduct eight national programs, including the Great American Meatout, Bite Global Warming, World Farm Animals Day, Gentle Thanksgiving, Letters From FARM, Sabina Fund, and the annual national animal rights conference. FARM's tactics include a combination of confrontation and discussion. While we occasionally engage in and/or encourage civil disobedience at slaughterhouses and similar attention-getting devices, the majority of our efforts are grassroots educational campaigns, massive media blitzes, and participation in government decision-making processes.

I thought that TJ had a bunch of voters he could summon up. What happened?

So, it was people, animals, and the enviroment... can't lose there... but Natural Resources Defense Council does most of these things as well.

That is where I would have been if I hadn't just been reading about how our "feed animals" are causing more polution then all of our cars combined.

Yes, and I even said as much in my last news batch when I urged people to vote NRDC. ROFL

Nope, and I do feel some guilty because once I'd decided to come here I posted about it and we went from being way behind to being way ahead.

I guess it doesn't, really, but I feel funny because I started out there and then decided to come here.

Well if they don't really get anything anyway, what does it matter even if you win?

Oops. I meant BY one vote.

Right now NRDC is ahead of one vote!

It matters only to me, I guess, and I'm sure it bores you equally. But I started out voting for NRDC, and then defected to FARM because I decided it could use the money more, not that there's much involved. So I feel guilty about having defected.

And that matters because....? Lol, I know, we bore you!

Nobody can make up 1,600 votes in six hours. But right now CCI has more voters and they could easily get ahead of PCRM now that they're just about even.
